Season: May through Mid-October.

Two Bedrooms each with a full bed.

Maximum Occupancy: 4 people.

Bathroom with stall shower.

Check in - 2 P.M. Saturday.

Check out - 11 A.M. Saturday.

Minimum Rental Period: One week, Saturday to Saturday.

Linens provided.

Outside grill and picnic table.

Large trash bucket outside - pick up during the week and at the end of your stay.

The kitchen is small, but fully equipped with stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. Plus a large pot for lobster dinners!

Cable TV upstairs and down, with DVD/VCR downstairs. You can rent DVDs at Hannaford's Grocery Store and Video Loft (across the street from Hannaford's) in downtown Boothbay Harbor.

The Southport General Store, Post Office, School playground, and Southport Museum are all within walking distance.

Rental:
May: Weekly--$500 or $1500/month
June: Weekly--$795
July and August: Weekly--$1175
September-Mid-October: Weekly--$795
All rates + 7% Maine Lodging Tax

Deposit of $450.00 plus a $250.00 security deposit due at the time of booking, balance due on arrival. Security deposit ($250) returned within one week of departure.

We accept checks, but no credit cards.

We ask that you leave the cottage as you found it, at which time your security deposit will be promptly returned.

Cancellation Policy - If a guest has made a deposit and finds it necessary to cancel the reservation, we will make every effort to re-rent the cottage. If we are unable to re-rent, we reserve the right to retain the booking deposit. The security deposit will be promptly refunded.

We have a no smoking policy for inside the cottage.
